Comprehensive Medical Reporting System (CMRS) was founded in May of 2004 with a focus on providing multiple aspects of assistance to both treating and med-legal evaluating physicians in the San Diego County Workers' Compensation Community.

Branching off from CMRS, our team of historian professionals can provide your Qualified Medical Examination reports with exceptional reviews of medical records and conduct interviews with patients, prior to the appointment date. Using our system helps our physicians and patients save time, and makes the process of a medical exam easier. 

We are empathetic and trusted historians that take comprehensive patient medical histories. Our staff reach out to patients, and make them feel more comfortable about the QME Exam process. We believe patients are more willing to open up about their injuries and treatment if they feel we care. Our historians are also a reminder for patients of their appointment.
